With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Haage of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Richter and Margaret Richter; her brother Richard Richter (Rick); and her grandparents, Theodore, Nellie Richter, Virgil and Dorothy Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Haage; her children, Chris Haage (Dawn) of Lennox, SD and Lori Gartamaker (Roger) of Tea, SD.; her grandchildren, Sierra Reichmuth (Gavin), Matthew Gartamaker and Krista Gartamaker; her sisters, Mary Beeck (Bob), Cheryl Schumacher (Alan) and Rhonda Koops (Bernie); and also Cyrus Gartamaker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St Michael's Catholic Church (1600 S Marion Rd, Sioux Falls, SD 57106). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
