He is survived by: his wife Kay Marie Ketelboeter; his children, Chan (Veronica), Jami Metzger (Kent), Kristin Jones (Douglas) and Timothy (Jessica); his grandchildren, Andrew, Paul, Michelle, Chase, Dalton Masselink, Lauren Melick (Grayden), Allison Veldhuisen (Christopher), Keenan Metzger, Gerritt (Madison), Nathan, Scott, Ryan Jones, Emma, Julia and Tyler Masselink; his great grandchildren, Lydia Melick and Jude Veldhuisen; and his sister Kay of Platteville, CO.
