She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Gould and Ann Gould (Servold); her husband Clarence Jervik; her sister Lucille Engles; her brother-in-law Richard Engles; her brother Leroy Gould; her son Dr. Jeffrey Behrens; and her granddaughter Jamie Arntz.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Behrens (Lupe) of Wapakoneta, OH, Craig Behrens (Debbie) of Sioux Falls, Roger Behrens of Sioux Falls, LouAnn Boggess (William) of Sioux Falls and Shawn Maxwell (William) of Lake Worth, FL; her stepsons, Jeffrey Jervik (Lorene) of Highland Ranch, CO and Douglas Jervik (Lori) of Sioux City, IA; her niece Robin Engles; and her nephew David Engles.
