He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gambrel and Alice Bentley Gambrel; and his brothers, Mark Gambrel and Kirk Gambrel. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Donna Gambrel; and his nephews, Tim Phillips (Stacey), Tod Phillips (Lea) and Tom Gambrel. He is also survived by eleven great-nieces and nephews; and ten great-great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Ava's House Hospice, whose compassionate care and support were a blessing to Blake and his loved ones.
