We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2024, at the age of 80, Bonnie Katherine Dewar of Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Bonnie Katherine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bonnie Katherine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Debbie Martell and Jerry Leitheiser; and her former husband John Dewar. She is survived by: her children, Wilfred and Lillian Leitheiser (Sievers); her siblings, Dennis Leitheiser, Diane Gunderson and Dorothy Koska; her aunt Janet Schetnan; and her nieces, Jill and Rebecca Martell.
