With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bret Songstad of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Bret leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Bret may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
