She was predeceased by: her father Brock Johnson; and her grandparents, Julie Struss, Smokey Struss, Wes and Gail Nelson.
She is survived by: her mother Angela Johnson (Struss); her stepfather Dr. David Nelson; her siblings, Derek Johnson, Karin Brashler (Kyle), Ellen Oppold (Alex), James Nelson (Lauren) and Dawn Marie Jo Johnson; her cousin Siera Struss; and her aunts and uncles, Chad Struss, Chuck Nelson (Kristi), Lori Nelson, Jim Johnson (Stacy), Don Johnson (Tonya) and Dean Johnson (GayLene). She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephew.
