She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Osthus and Jean Osthus (Kaney) of Harrisburg; her husband William Shumaker; her children, Tamera Haase (Matt) of Shorewood, MN, Eric Shumaker of Sioux Falls, SD and Jeffrey Shumaker (Darcy) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Maxwell, Victoria Haase, Jack and Lucy Shumaker; and her sisters, Charlene Osthus of Bloomington, MN and Charlotte Haron (Skye) of Sioux Falls.
Cheryl found her true calling in helping others—whether through donating countless pints of blood or generously giving rides to friends and loved ones for doctor's visits, grocery trips, and wherever they needed to go.
