The passing of Connie Elizabeth Butz of Sioux Falls, South Dakota leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 9, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Meyers and Elizabeth Meyers; and her siblings, Duane Meyers, Angeline Scherschligt (Meyers), Edie Lockman (Meyers), Ilene Hink (Meyers) and Donna Devine (Meyers).
She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Butz of Sioux Falls; her sister Deanna Johnson (Meyers) of San Diego, CA; and her children, Dana K. Miller (Tony) of Sioux Falls, Lora E. Bornhoft (Joel) of Sioux Falls, Robert T. Butz (Heather) of Walton, IN and Joshua J. Butz (Nicole) of River Falls, WI.. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Miller Westside Chapel (6200 W 41st St, Sioux Falls, SD 57106). A rosary will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael Parish (1600 S Marion Rd, Sioux Falls, SD 57106).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Saint Michael Parish in Connie's honor.
