He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Van Voorst (Grant), Amy Deibert (Scott) and Kimberly Booth (Brian); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Ellie, Leighton, Josi, Rylan, Addilyn, Jack, Rozalyn and Natalie; and his siblings, JoAnne Paulson, Doug Lindner (Julie), Nita Madetzke (Greg) and Janet Larson (Jim).
