He is survived by: his sons, Darrell G. Lindner of Dell Rapids, Kevin Lindner (Lisa) of Watertown, Jeff Lindner (Kim) of Pukwana and Bryan Lindner (Lori) of Sioux Falls; and his grandchildren, Darrell J. Lindner (Michelle), Billy Lindner (Christina), Eric Sehr (Renee), Rachel Trewin (Tony), Mike Sehr (Erika), Brad Lindner (Erin), Carrie Bell (Travis), Toby Lindner (Dawn), Mark Lindner, Torie Zemlicka (Brian) and Katie Van Meveren (Dylan).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A prayer was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Lambert Catholic Church (1000 S Bahnson Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
