He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hay and Frances Hay of Sioux Falls, SD.. He is survived by: his wife Glynda Holter; his children, Darrin Hay (Brenda), Tamara Garavalia (Marc), David Hay and Jeffrey Hay; and his grandsons, Dalton Hay and John Garavalia.
