He is survived by: his parents, Sally Neilan and Alan Neilan; his wife Holly DesLauriers; his children, Benji and Bella; his siblings, Bridgette Scott Neilan (JT) of Waubay, SD and Curtis Neilan (Roberta) of Waubay, SD; his parents-in-law, Barb Anderson (Steve) of Yankton, SD and Tom DesLauriers of Sioux Falls, SD; his sister-in-law Amy Dulaney (Ryan) of Brandon, SD.; his nieces and nephews, Landon, Tristan, Camden, Traveion, Jessie, Casharie, Kaliesha and Levy; and his close friends, Dan, Travis and Marcus.
