She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd H. Whipkey and Marilyn Whipkey (Lester) of Sioux Falls, SD; her children, Jyll Luettel (Troy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Nathan Vigness (Brooke) of Gilbert, AZ, Andrew Vigness (Shelly Howard) of Chandler, AZ and Kayla Ratzsch (Jesse) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Danielle Luettel (Vaughn Irlbeck), Madelyn Luettel, Viera Vigness, Vance Vigness, Paxson Vigness, Jack Dietz, Kessler Ratzsch, Nora Ratzsch and Ada Ratzsch; her siblings, Rev. Barry Whipkey (Deb) of Avon, SD, Kent Whipkey (Brenda) of Flandreau, SD and Jodi Ketcham (Brett) of Sioux Falls, SD; her siblings-in-law, Carol Engquist (Marty) of Sioux Falls, SD and Dwight Vigness (Lisa) of Billings, MT; her husband Daniel Dean Vigness; and her in-laws, Sylvan and Iona Vigness.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hilltop United Methodist Church (1312 S Bahnson Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A prayer will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
