He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Warren and Winifred "Bobbi" Miles (Moulton); and his siblings, Steven C. Miles, Jerris Miles and Kenene Wintle.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Ruppelt; his uncles, Roger and Junior Moulton; his children, Dennis Miles II of Sioux Falls, SD, Todd Miles (Gena) of Vancouver, WA and Michelle Miles of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Andrew Miles and Morgan Miles of Napa Valley, CA; his brother Tallus Miles (Anita) of Lewiston, ME; Edith.
