She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl P. Stein and Irene Stein (Nehmer); her husband Michael Dwayne "Mike" Spears; and her brothers, Earl Stein, Dale Stein and Willard Stein.
She is survived by: her sisters, Claudette Bosen (Jerry) and Janice Bellmore. She is also survived by many extended family members and wonderful friends.
