He is survived by: his daughter Gretchen Elizabeth (Matthew); his grandsons, Benjamin Allen and Jed Andrew; his wife Jan; his sons, Benjamin Rinken (Jennifer) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jed Rinken of Sioux Falls, SD and Ian Rinken (Sadie) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Owen Matthew, Aiden Douglas, Liam Thomas Bisson, Aubrey Grace, Asher Gray, Remi Jade, Hayes Douglas, Lenyn Shae Rinken, Malachi Dennis, Kenan Shane and Eliana Marie Rinken; and his siblings, Diane McNary (Roger) of Spearfish, SD, Sherry Holson of Chicago, IL, Mike Rinken of Loveland, CO, Paul Parish (Carrie) of Sioux Falls, SD and Joel Parish (Theresa) of Sioux Falls, SD..

Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Central Church (3100 W Ralph Rogers Rd, Sioux Falls, SD 57108). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
