He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hagberg and Elsie Hagberg (Lingbeck); his son Jeffrey Hagberg; his sister Connie Voss; and his parents-in-law, Jenny and John Renken.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Renken of Sioux Falls, SD; his sons, Michael Hagberg of Aurora, SD and Christopher Hagberg (Jean Vogel) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Dustin Hagberg (Ashley) of Baltic, SD, Zachary Hagberg (Heather) of Sioux Falls, SD and Brooke Hagberg (Adam Omodt) of Sioux Falls, SD; his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Wilder and Weston Hagberg; and his siblings, Marlene Wager, Virgil Hagberg (Carrie), Linda Hagberg and Judy Herron (Gary).
