He was loved and cherished by many people including: his pet Jenny; his children, Frank W. Turk, Jr. (Rosa), Marianne Doremus (Erik) and Michael Turk (Brenda); his grandchildren, Gabriella Ortiz Turk, Frank Turk, Jr., Benjamin Turk, Ryan, Toby Doremus, Michele and Tim Turk; his wife Marilyn Grenell (Zahrbock); Bernice Turk (Barlow).
