He is survived by: his wife Joyce F. Nuzum; his son Matthew Williams (Patti); his granddaughters, Laura Hauptmann (Joe) and Monique Williams (Tom Hicks); his daughter Sue Bergman (Ryan); his grandchildren, Garrett Waterbury, Alex Waterbury (Amber), Jacob Bergman (Kayla), Brady Bergman (Savannah), Cameron Bergman (Katana), Trenton Bergman and Peyton Ann Bergman; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Ryleigh, Noah, Aaron, Adriana, Harper, Audra, Danielle, Madeline, Phoenix and Milo; and his brother Paul Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
