He is survived by: his wife Judy Hall; his friend Rod Garrison; his children, Chris Kendall (Kathryn) and Maggie Blaylock (Nate); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Daniel, Maddy Kendall, Jax, Kendall and Jonah Blaylock; his sister Pam Gulbranson (Pat); and his sister-in-law Connie Kendall.
