He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Johnson and Marion Johnson (Jungk). He is survived by: his former wife Gladys De Groot; his wife Sandy; his children, Joy Johnson and Mark Johnson (Margaret) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Claire, Hannah and Ava Johnson; his stepchildren, Hannah Herman of Minneapolis, MN and Eugene Nelms; and his brother Gary Matthew Johnson (Marlene) of Scottsdale, AZ.
