He is survived by: his sister Gretta; his wife Leona Vander Vegte of Sioux Falls, SD; his daughters, Joanne De Raadt (John) of Oakdale, CA and Heather Zwart (Jeff) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Josina De Raadt, Gerrit De Raadt (Anna), Timothy De Raadt, Lane Perey (Taylor), Laura Zucca (Ben), Emily Zwart, Kerri Zwart, Natalie Zwart and Hailey Zwart; and his great grandchildren, Betty Jo, Rosie, Gideon, Adrian and Leonard.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Reformed Church (2901 E 26th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
