Hoang Mai Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Hoang Mai in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Hoang, born on March 15, 1948, passed away on August 27, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hoang Mai to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ba Van Nguyen and Thoi Thi Mai; and her siblings, Hai Thi Mai, Ba Van Mai, Tu Van Mai, Giao Van Mai, Tam Thi Mai, Hoa Hong Thi Mai, Bay Van Mai, Ut Van Mai and Dung Tieng Mai.

She is survived by: her son Minh Tran (Thanh Huynh) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Theo, Levi and Avyannah Tran of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home - Downtown Chapel (507 S Main Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104).
