She is survived by: her mother Judith Meyer (Hollopeter) of Sioux Falls; her wife Brenda Kuhn of Sioux Falls; her parents-in-law, Barb and Bob Kuhn of Timber Lake; her children, Derek Bird (Ryan) of Texas, Garrett Bird (Elizabeth) of Illinois, Adam Bird (Chelsea) of Illinois, Brett Bird (Cassi) of Illinois, Drew Jones of Brookings, Marli Sayler (Seth) of Brookings and Annie Tschetter (Michael) of Sioux Falls; her siblings, Lee Meyer (Rose) of Colton, Clay Meyer (Amy) of Sioux Falls, Wendy Wagner of Chandler, AZ, Clint Meyer (Deborah) of Spearfish and Travis Meyer (Debbie) of Sioux Falls; and her brother-in-law Rob Kuhn (Ronda) of Timber Lake. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless cherished pets.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for future designation to a charitable organization supporting the animals that Hollie held close to her heart.
