It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ila Ahrendt of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Rehn and Maria Rehn (Matzke); her husband Jim Ahrendt; and her brother Arnold Rehn. She is survived by: her sons, David Ahrendt (Karen), Brian Ahrendt (Valorie) and Dale Ahrendt (Brad); her sister Ruth Rehn of Greeley, CO; her grandchild Nate (Sarena); her great grandchild Eloise; her sons, Luke and Aliza (Maxwel); and her stepgrandchildren, Mic (Megan) and Joe.
