He is survived by: his children, Teresa Frederick (John), Peter Page (Tammy) and David Page (Kirsten); his grandchildren, Rian Craig, Nicole Sapp, Rebecca Clary, Bryant, Tyler Frederick, Jacob and Andrew Page; his brother Pete Page (Lorraine); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Kloiber.
