She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Peterson and Laura Peterson (Smith); her husband Bernard R. Janssen; and her siblings, Palmer Peterson (Pete), Dean Peterson, Cicel Peterson, Laura Mae Smith, Florance Anderson and Alpha Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Janssen (Kathy) of Libby, MT, Robin Janssen of Sioux Falls, SD and Michelle Penson of Bentonville, AR; her grandchildren, Jeremy Janssen (Kristin) of Omaha, NE, Joshua Janssen (Kristi) of Colorado Springs, CO, Brenna Penson (Josh Guelzow) of Chicago, IL and Conner Penson (Sarah Murray) of Orlando, FL; and her great grandchildren, Sam, Caroline, Sloan, Jameson, Harper and Holden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Kidney or Alzheimer's Foundations.
