She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Koch and Doris Koch (Elverson); her son Evan James Albers; her brother Barton Wayne Koch; her father-in-law Arnold Albers; and her siblings-in-law, Lisa Albers, Jan Koch, Carol Koch and Timothy Albers.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Albers of Sioux Falls; her children, Nicolas Albers (Meaghan) of Sioux Falls and Alise Albers (Chris Grisham) of Baltic; her grandchildren, Claire Marie Albers, Rosie Mae Albers and Lauren James Grisham; her siblings, Steven Koch of Brandon, Gregory Koch of Sioux Falls, Linda DeBates (Matt) of Brookings and Kristi Krogstad (Ron) of Baltic; her mother-in-law Mary Albers of Sioux Falls; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Albers of Sioux Falls, Cheryl Adams (Rory) of Rapid City and Douglas Albers of Fort Meyers, FL.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the King of Glory Church (1001 E 17th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to King of Glory Church, where it will be used to support orphans, Children's Rescue International in Liberia, and the work of Healing Ministry in Sioux Falls.
