With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeff Iverson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on October 9, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Iverson and Dorothy Iverson; his daughter Sarah Iverson; and his parents-in-law, Ross and Virginia Henglefelt.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Iverson (Henglefelt) of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Diana Johnson (Jeremy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Kevin Iverson (Amy) of Verona; his granddaughters, Raigan Johnson, Izzy Johnson and Olive Iverson; his brother Rod Iverson (Nancy) of Watertown; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Henglefelt (Linda) of Ethan, SD and Gary Henglefelt (Janet) of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (4800 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57108). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Messiah New Hope Lutheran Church (5001 E Madison St, Sioux Falls, SD 57110).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness in Jeff's memory — support a local teacher or school, your local animal shelter, or the Jefferson High School Show Choir.
