He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandy Armstrong; his daughters, Lisa Shepherd (John) of Henderson, Kelli Levenhagen (Lon) of Sioux Falls and Kerri Keogh of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Sierra Shepherd (Connor Bradley) of Henderson, Jordan Armstrong of Henderson, Landon Levenhagen of Sioux Falls, Kaylee Van Egdom (Keegan) of Minneapolis and Griffin Keogh of Sioux Falls; and his sister Kim Allen (Phillip) of Sioux Falls. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the East Side Lutheran Church (1300 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
