She is survived by: her children, Ann Herther (Brian) of Sioux Falls, SD, Kathryn Pearson of Honolulu, HI and Eric Kurtz (Connie) of Hartford, SD.; her grandchildren, Andrew Pearson, Sean Kurtz, John Pearson, Rebecca Herther, Spencer Kurtz, Christina Pearson, Sara Jacks, Bethany Pearson, Lydia Pearson and Sydney Kurtz; her sister Teresa Emerson of Lebanon, TN; and her sisters-in-law, Delphine Olson of Sioux Falls, SD, Kathy Young of Hartington, NE and Mary Pesek of Yankton, SD. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Sioux Falls Lutheran School.
