He is survived by: his children, Barb Kelley (Denny Weber), Nancy Baxter (Tim) of Nisswa, MN, Tim Bassing (Barb) of Appleton, WI, Shirley "Anne" Bassing (Mike Jerome), Steven Bassing of Lake Brandt, SD, Theresa Bruggeman (John) of Sioux Falls, SD and Michael Bassing (Lisa) of Sioux Falls, SD; his brothers-in-law, Bob Oster (Charlotte) of Sioux Falls, SD and Gale Hart of Sioux Falls, SD; and his children-in-law, Pat Bassing of Appleton, WI and Barry Kelley.
