She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Weitzel and Dorothy Weitzel (Irwin); and her mother-in-law Joy R. Boyer. She is survived by: her husband Matt Boyer of Sioux Falls; her sister Susan Weitzel-Trus (Michael Trus) of Parchment, MI; and her nephews, Michael Trus Jr. of Brigham City, UT and Tyler Trus of Kalamazoo, MI. She is also survived by her aunts and many cousins.
