He is survived by: his father Henry Gehrke; his siblings, Stevin (Kathy) of Lawrence, KS, Bruce (Jackie) of Parkville, MO and Katherine (Mark) of Lenexa, KS; his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Thomas (Bekah), Marie (Kyle), Lucas (Caroline), Aaron (Laura), Samuel (Katelyn), Alison, Sarah and Leah; his great-nieces, Parker, Maia, Brooke, Isla and Elizabeth; and his great-nephew Henry.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to South Dakota Public Broadcasting and may be left in care of Eidsness Funeral Home.
