She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Gruber and Mary Gruber (Heagy); her former husband John VanNingen; her children, Candis, Heather, Candy Westre (Troy) of Lincoln, MT, Diana Ingram of Sioux Falls, SD and Angela Newman (Chris) of Warner Robins, GA; her grandson Zachary (Mariah); her great grandchildren, Trace and Jonah; her grandchildren, Shea and Rachael (Tony); her great grandchildren, Sabrina, Ela, Anthony, Roxanne and Morgan; her grandchild Emilee; her great grandchildren, Lillian and Emmett; her grandchildren, Adam, Hannah, Jackson and Mary; her sister Deborah Dede (Roland Horstman); her niece Jessica DeWitt (Derrick); and her nephew Jay Horstman (Ashlee).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (507 S Main Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
