She was predeceased by: her husband Carl H. Stout; her parents, James Mulholland and Agnes Mulholland of Gourock, Scotland; her brother James "Jim" A. Mulholland of Paisley, Scotland; and her brother-in-law Nelson Wright of Gourock, Scotland..
She is survived by: her pet Chaos; her sons, Carl W. Stout and Justin R. Stout of Sioux Falls; her grandson Lochlan W. Stout of Knoxville, Tennessee; her siblings, Lorraine Wright of Gourock, Scotland and Gary; her sisters-in-law, Sue Mulholland of Torquay, England and Sandra Mulholland of Paisley, Scotland; and her cousin Keith Jackson of Edinburgh, Scotland. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (3801 E 26th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
