He is survived by: his wife Sherry Larson of Sioux Falls, SD; his daughters, Brenda Tyrrell (Brian) of Garretson, SD, Lynette Reekers (Mark) of Hospers, IA, Traci Koch (Josh) of Sioux Falls, SD and Trisha Thomas (Chad) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Jesse Voegeli (Kelsey), Jason Voegeli (Kristin), Samantha Benson (Adam), Stacia White (Robert), Kayla Techen (Josh), Emily DuBois, Seth DuBois, Tyler Koch (Shae Quinn), Mason Koch and Lincoln Thomas; and his sisters, Karen Folkers, Marie Ostrem and Delores Uhl.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
