With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kristine Louise O'Connell of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2026 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kreiter and Delores Kreiter (Luethje); and her niece Taylor Marie Sheppard. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" O'Connell of Sioux Falls, SD; her daughter Kelly Wagner (Jason) of Sioux City, IA; her grandchildren, Hope, Gabrielle and Jacob Wagner; her siblings, Jeff Kreiter (Jan) of Sioux Falls, SD and Kim Sheppard (Stuart) of Bentonville, AR; and her nephews, Ben Kreiter (Jordan Sheppard) and O'Connell Clan.
