She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Ford (Isaac) and Erwin Ford of Herreid; and her husband Don Johnson. She is survived by: her sister Joyce Ochsner (Ford); her former spouse Harlow Bales; her sons, Ken, James Johnson and Brad Bales (Sally); her grandchildren, Brittany (Jon) and Colin (Archer); her children, Chris (Thea), Aaron (Kit) and John Bales (Kaye); her grandchildren, Whitney (Jesse), Sykes (John) and Brennan; her daughter Lynette Coker (Rick); her grandchildren, Josiah (Halle), Rachel (Kolbi), Selby (Karter) and Todd Coker; her daughter Jennifer Hammer (Brian); and her grandchild Morgan.
