She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Haas and Lucille Haas; and her husband Roger Oltmanns. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Wehde (Chris) of Sioux Falls; her grandson Domanik Wehde of Sioux Falls; her sister Pat Fatland (Bill) of Sioux Falls; and her nephew Craig Rowland (Danielle) of Sioux Falls.
A devoted and loving family member, Peggy provided unwavering support, wisdom and humor, even when battling Parkinson's disease.
