She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Thernes and Margaret Thernes (Poth); her husband Leonard; and her siblings, Catherine Gallagher (Jack), Anna Thernes, Hilda Thernes and Frank Thernes (Anita).
She is survived by: her children, Deb Bennett (Jim), Jeff (Charleen), Mike, Lisa, Julie Kellen (Scott), Dave (Keri) and Steve (Steve Crusenberry). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be directed to Ava's House Hospice Facility, whose exceptional care brought comfort to Marguerite and her family during a difficult time.
