He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Haley and Emma Jean Haley Montgomery; and his siblings, Michael Haley and Pat Marsonette. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Haley of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Heidi Karlen (Rudy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Heather Thao (Thong) of Minneapolis, MN, Hillary Saysavanh (Steve) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Hollie Haley of Sioux Falls, SD and Travis Haley of Windom, MN; his grandchildren, Kalen Karlen, Mason Karlen, Calvin Haley, Ivan Thao, Donnie Thao, Lolah Saysavanh, Lylah Saysavanh, Luka Saysavanh, Lexsah Saysavanh, Devin Figueora, Jada Figueora and River Figueora; his sister Gigi Krell (Rob Moore) of Lennox, SD; and his pets, Barnie and Frank.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
