He is survived by: his wife Kathy Coulter (Camp Counselor) of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Kersten Dobberpuhl (Randy) of Sioux Falls, Justin Coulter (Dan) of Golden Valley, MN and John Coulter (Kelsy) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Coulter Dobberpuhl, Ryder Dobberpuhl, Carson Coulter, Braxton Coulter and Avaya Coulter; and his siblings, Anthony Coulter (Charlene) of Sioux Falls, Christine House (Jim) of Wichita, KS, Mandy Coulter of Sioux Falls and Laurel Campbell (Denny) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
