It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Joseph Cunningham of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ila Cunningham; and his son Thomas Allen Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Jayne Katherine Adams of Sioux Falls, SD, Steven Michael Cunningham of Portsmouth, VA and Joan Marie Rederth of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Eric Rederth (Taylor), Brenna Cunningham, Lynell Cunningham, Audrey Adams and Elisabeth Adams; and his great grandchild Logan Rederth.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
