He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Meyer and Ruth Meyer (Sprink); his sisters, Tamara Meyer and Margaret Skov; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Meyer, Marvin Skov, James McClaran and Larry Berger; his niece Barbara Meyer; and his nephew Timothy Kraut.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Folkerts of John's Lutheran Church; his children, Myron Meyer (Jeanne) of Sioux Falls, SD and Michelle Johnson (Craig) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings, Janet Kraut of Minneapolis, MN, Phillip Meyer of Sioux Falls, SD, Richard Meyer of Hot Springs, SD, Elizabeth McClaran of Pueblo, CO, Timothy Meyer (Vicki) of Denver, CO and Jeremy Meyer of Manhattan, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
