She was predeceased by: her parents, Ontje Groeneveld and Hilda Groeneveld (Otten); her husband Robert "Bob" Searl; her siblings, Daphene Steichen (Ray), Marvin Groeneveld (Veronica), Arthur Groeneveld, Joanna Elder (Jim) and Wilbur Groeneveld (Darlene); her nephews, David, Mark and Thad Groeneveld; and her niece Connie Lehnertz.
She is survived by: her children, Robert O., Robyn Hanisch (Bob), Jacalyn Hovden (Tim) and Tracey Butler; her grandchildren, Andrea DeClark (Matt), Adam Hanisch (Ann), Alexander Butler (Jennifer) and Katie Slingsby (Taylor); her stepgranddaughters, Jana Jones (Tom) and Angela Moschell (Adam); and her siblings-in-law, Mavis Groeneveld and Charles Searl.
