She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Fortner and Alzora Fortner (Swartos); and her husband David Harold Elfring. She is survived by: her children, Linda Helgeson (Alan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Karen Holst (Brad) of Sioux Falls, SD, Dennis Elfring of Sioux Falls, SD and Carla Elfring of Aberdeen, SD; her grandchildren, Dylan Martin, Carter Helgeson (Becca Sittig), Alyssa Holst (Jonny Swenson), Darian Levine (Alex), Mauria Elfring, Emma Schweigert, Kane Kurtenbach, Michael Sauer, Johnny Sauer and Dixie Elfring; and her great grandchildren, Beau, Jonathan, Cassius, Charlie, Cayden and Talon.
