He is survived by: his wife Vera Walter; his children, Jodi Espland (John), Todd Heiman (Susan Powell) and Tonya Mahoney (Dave); his grandchildren, Jaunna Dickson (Derek), Megan Napolitano (David), Brooke Cyabukombe (Israel), Jackson Mahoney and Alaina Mahoney; his parents-in-law, Adella Walter-Gross and Ernest Walter; and his stepfather-in-law Erwin R. Gross. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren.
