He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Horn and Dorene Horn (Campbell). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Horn; his pet Cota of Sioux Falls, SD; his sister Vicki (Rodger) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his niece Chelsie Nelson of Sioux Falls, SD.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
